Our team is set up to facilitate the full process for hands off investments. As well as managing our own in-house portfolio, we have the processes in place to facilitate an A-Z service from sourcing acquisitions through to occupying and managing.
Main Focus
Our primary focus is the acquisition of value-add investment properties, achieved through strategic planning and development, for both our own portfolio and that of our partners. Our experience spans a wide range of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, conversionsand extensions, as well as dealing with all tenancy types, across both commercial and residential sectors.
Our tailored investor model provides flexible access to opportunities, whether through debt or equity participation. We welcome partners who share our vision and offer structures designed to suit a variety of investment approaches.
