Michael
Having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, starting in residential agency and moving into the investments world, handling countless transactions, Michael is known for his ability to work alongside property owners and agents, to make things happen. Being creative were needed and having the ability to be able to unlock value in areas even in the most problematic circumstances.
Richard
Richard brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry. A Chartered Surveyor trained at BNP Paribas Real Estate, he has held senior roles in investment and development management for multiple family offices. For more than 12 years, he has also been an active developer and investor in London, specialising in value-add opportunities through planning across commercial and residential properties in Zones 2 and 3.
Sofia
Learning her trade in the corporate world for many years, at one of the largest agencies in the country, heading up different letting and management teams, Sofia knows the ins-and-outs of the management and lettings side of the industry. Her in depth detail and communication skills, helps her with the day to day running of our in-house management.
Francesca
After a successful career as a Lettings manager, working for large corporate companies and small independents, dealing with all aspects of the process from start to finish, Fran has a broad legal knowledge and experience with 18 years in the industry. For the last 8 years she has been focused on the tenancy paperwork side of the business and is regularly consulted on the best course of action, particularly due to the number of legislative Government changes in recent years. She is a member of Propertymark and is ARLA qualified to level 3.
Faz
Faz brings over 18 years of hands-on experience in the building trade and looks after the day-to-day maintenance and refurbishment works across our portfolio. He is a qualified electrician, a gas safety engineer and is NICEIC certified.
